What is the effective way to setup an account in YouTube so we can upload company clips? Is there a cost when is for business? Any other suggestion should we take in consideration when setting this up?

Ray,

You need a Google Account to sign into YouTube. A Google Account works across all Google products (e.g. Gmail, Blogger, Maps, YouTube, and more).

If you've signed into any of these products before, you already have a Google Account. To sign in, enter the email address you entered on those products (if you use Gmail, it's your Gmail username). If you don't have a Google Account, you can create one on YouTube.

Create a channel with a business or other name

1.On a computer or in a mobile browser, make sure you're signed in to YouTube.
2.Go to All my channels.
3.If you want to make a YouTube channel for a Google+ page that you manage, you can choose it here. Otherwise, choose Create a new channel to set up a channel with a different name than your Google account name.
4.Fill out the details to create your new channel.

Ray,

If your channel is connected to Google+, you can change the channel name:

1.Sign in to your channel on YouTube.
2.Open the Guide. and click My Channel.
3.Point your cursor at your channel name and click the pencil icon. > Channel settings.
4.Under Account Information, click Change next to your channel name.

Here is a video.
It is kind of slow, but it shows what you have to do.
