Hi
Can you give me a direct web link in Microsoft site where I can go and purchase a SQL server Standard (NOT enterprise)  – if possible to get a direct purchase link for SQL Server 2012, if not the purchase website to the SQL server Standard (latest)

You will be able to downgrade after purchase if you have an Open License, which this isn't, if you want to install a previous version of SQL server. That said, you can buy a SQL open license from a reseller easily enough (CDW, SHI, etc.) and this can get you better pricing, YMMV.
