system was recently upgraded from win 7 pro to win 10 pro but the problem appeared about 2 week before the upgrade.  The office was recently remodeled and when the system was put back in place after the remodel this error presented it self. I have been trying to figure this out and have made no head way.  Trying to fix this without purchasing one of those registry repair kits. I just don't trust them.

download revo uninstaller PRO trial version  -  remember Pro.  Use it to uninstall your printer software and any traces of it. (advanced uninstall)  Then check online to see if there is another install of the printer drivers/software for Windows 10
