This is an audio cd that actually has mp3s on it instead of multiple disks.
I want to buy this book but it is on back order from Amazon.
Can I buy the mp3s themselves for the "expanded and updated" version anywhere?

Those don't appear to be the mp3s. Where can I download them?
You cannot just download them for free.
That is copyrighted material. You must pay to download mp3, similar as you would pay if you order a CD with all mp3 or similar with a normal audio CD or a printed book.
Of course you can download them mp3, but you must pay for it.
Let's take the 1st link above. You can order a real CD with all audio recordings as mp3:

The problem is that I cannot access that from work because the site is blocked due to "auction" categorization on our network.
I guess I'll have to wait till I can access the site and have time to look again.

On further examination, the ebay copy is not for download, not the expanded edition, and not the mp3
