I have multiple Nexus 5K switches in my environment.
Is there any way or mechanism by which I will be able to manage all the Nexus 5K switch centrally.
Does Nexus 5 K supports the central management.

You can use DCNM (Data Center Network Manager) to manage them centrally, see: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/cloud-systems-management/prime-data-center-network-manager/index.html
