itunes ipad iphone outlook sync stopped for calendar and contacts

I installed icloud for outlook and this stopped my sync from itunes to my ipad and my iphone.  So I turned it back off. (see attachment)  Now, my contacts are syncing again but not my calendar.  I have tried all calendars and the "calendar" in the itunes settings.  (see attachment)   I really do not understand when I installed this how I ended up with so many icloud calendars in outlook, see attachment.

Thanks,
gsgi

I think you had better start by unchecking all but one calendar to discover which calendar has the bulk of your appointments and you ought to check the other two calendars at the top. (Untitled and Work)
Afterwards, you could add a bogus entry to the non-iCloud calendars, one at a time, to see if they sync.
With six different calendars, we're going to have to zero in on what is and what is not working.

The icloud calendars do not appear in the itunes check list of calendars.  It is one of the icloud calendars in exchange that has "most" of the appointments.  My fail back plan is to copy them back the the general calendar, then delete the icloud calendars.

You should also be able to export the important calendar to a PST file in Outlook and then import it into the correct calendar.  That'll be faster, get you a backup, and work.
You might try adding a bogus entry to the calendar you think is syncing and see it sync properly before you do it; though!

According to the link above the icloud calendar seems to be stored in its own data store, not in the .pst   I will try to back it up to a .pst and see if that works.

I've done it before so knew what I was telling him to do.  He, sort of, got it.
