HI,<br />
I was trying to setup a google form which will basically have multiple choice questions. <br />
I have selected the option where a user can submit the form only once. <br />
But when i tested it i found that google forms do not record email ids etc.<br />
I can see individual response but i cannot see who has submitted the response.<br />

How do i automate google to send me the details of everyone who has submitted the forms ?<br />
If its not possible is there any alternative ? I am thinking of creating a section in my form to specify name and email address of the user to ask them to enter it manually.<br />
