Looking to create a doc for my help desk team in how to recover deleted objects from AD recycle bin and also PowerShell using a friendly step-by-step doc

Well, the scripting guys are my go-to blog... but there aren't a lot of screenshots.  Petri has a pretty good blog with screenshots though.
