Incoming Connection Denied

Running OS 10.11.6 and Little Snitch alerted me to an incoming connection that I couldn't identify and so I manually denied.  Any idea if it might be a legit connection vice some kind of malware?

/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreTelephony.framework/Support/CommCenter
Deny incoming connections from fd00:976a:c202:1c::1 to port 5060 (sip) until CommCenter quits
Process Owner:  Me
IP Address: fd00:976a:c202:1c::1

On Aug 5, 2016, a computer with IP address fd00:976a:c202:1c::1 tried to establish an incoming connection to CommCenter on port 5060 (sip). The request was denied via connection alert.

You can look it up.

http://www.webdnstools.com/dnstools/dns-lookup-ipv6-results
https://www.ultratools.com/tools/ipv6InfoResult?ipAddress=fd00%3A976a%3Ac202%3A1c%3A%3A1

It seems to be some individual IP, probably not associated with anything major.  It's likely a home IP
