Check your link and several additional resource. I find that I can start in two different way :

1. Under my premise Exchange. Under Microsoft Exchange --> Add Exchange Forest
2. Under Exchange cloud. Exchange admin center -> hybrid -> configure.

Is it the same ? Which way is better ?

Thx

On newer versions of Exchange (2010 Sp3+, 2013 CU8+) you should run the new, improved HCW from the EAC -> hybrid -> configure as detailed here: https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/exchange/2015/09/04/introducing-the-microsoft-office-365-hybrid-configuration-wizard/

If you are using older versions, your first step needs to be to update to the corresponding CU anyway.
