Is it possible to integrate my Window 2012 AD users to Microsoft Cloud such that any password change on my server will update the correponding user in Cloud ?

Thx

Yes - either though AADConnect or the better way is by implementnig ADFS (but required more VM's and usually a proxy).

ADFS:

Check a video about Configuring DirSync  with Password Sync. Is  it the one that you have mentioned " AADConnect and password sync" ?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gtPN63z2pBY

So, should my configuration step be
1. Setup a AD Azure Connect (on Cloud)
2. Iinstall Window Azure Active Directory Sync tool (on my Window server)

If i setup a Federation service, do I also need a Azure Active Directory Sync Tool ?

Thx
