Integrate Window 2012 with Exchange cloud

Is it possible to integrate my Window 2012 AD users to Microsoft Cloud such that any password change on my server will update the correponding user in Cloud ?

Yes - either though AADConnect or the better way is by implementnig ADFS (but required more VM's and usually a proxy).

Check a video about Configuring DirSync  with Password Sync. Is  it the one that you have mentioned " AADConnect and password sync" ?

So, should my configuration step be
1. Setup a AD Azure Connect (on Cloud)
2. Iinstall Window Azure Active Directory Sync tool (on my Window server)

If i setup a Federation service, do I also need a Azure Active Directory Sync Tool ?
