Recently our Domain email users are being spoofed from their own addresses and others.  Also receiving mail from not existent copiers and printers.   We are running exchange 2010 and GFI Mailessentials  2015.  Can someone direct me on how to combat this?

You need to control this spam by content filters. That is how is do it:  Spamassassin on one email ISP and via Mail.com on another ISP (I have no control over this one).

Hi,

did you configured an SPF record on public DNS? This should help a bit, but is not a guarantee :)

Regards,
Ivan.

Sorry,
Our Internet was down yesterday someone hit a telephone pole.   IS there no way to have exchange verify that the email came from a authorized user?

Do you have any update on our proposed solutions. Exchange does not know if the email was spoofed.
