Customize NDR for non existent mailbox on exchnage server 2013

Dear All,

We are using exchnage 2013 ,whenever an email is sent to an user whose mailbox does not exists and NDR is sent to the sender,we need to customize the NDR, how do i do that please see the current message which goes out i need to change this ,i need to customize the highlighted text.

You can do that using Exchange Transport Rules. Create a rule that will check for the required address and sends the NDR with your custom text,

Thanks for your response,what are the condition i need to choose while creating the transport rule ,is there any link which you can share for this it would be helpful?

Because the transport rules shows lot of options.

It would be "Apply this rule if... The recipient address includes..." (type the required address), "Do the following... Reject the message with the explanation..." (type your custom NDR message). See screenshot.

Alexi,

If i create the above rul, i need to add the email address all the time for which the NDR should be set,i want that any mailbox which does not exist should bounce back with customized NDR.
