We have a Ricoh MPc5503 multi-function Printer. <br />

When a user selects Printer Preferences &gt;&nbsp;Job Setup there is only Normal Print or Document Server available. All other types; Locked Print, Sample Print, Hold Print are not listed. What is missing or what have I not configured?<br />

I have the latest Ricoh driver installed from the Ricoh website. <br />

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A printer is a peripheral which makes a persistent human readable representation of graphics or text on paper or similar physical media.
