Ricoh MPc5503 locked print not listed

We have a Ricoh MPc5503 multi-function Printer.

When a user selects Printer Preferences > Job Setup there is only Normal Print or Document Server available. All other types; Locked Print, Sample Print, Hold Print are not listed. What is missing or what have I not configured?

I have the latest Ricoh driver installed from the Ricoh website.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As always, I have downloaded an older drive and it has full functionality. All options are listed.

Why do they do this?!
