Trying to sync our AD ThumbnailPhotos to Sharepoint using MIM but getting a 'Completed-export-errors' when using the Share Point Management Agent profile " export ".

In you FIM screenshot there are errors shown in the lower right hand pane. There is more information there that you can view that may be helpful. The PowerShell screenshot looks fine btw...
