We received frequent Lync limited functionality error for few user .
We observed below event on the Lync server when issue occurred every time.
Event id - 32112,32068,32113,52013,52012
Also same time we observed event id 833 on the SQL server for I/O issue on Temp DB.
We also notice when we recieved 833 event on the SQL same time we recieved event 32068 on the Lync front end server.

Just wanted to Know is there any logging i can enabled on the Lync frontend server to capture this issue to get more clue to resolved the issue.
Lync server 2010 enterprise edition
SQL server 2008
Client mixture of 2010 and 2013

32112 refers to Front End Server Connectivity Issues and SQL server event id 833 when I/O delay problems occur.

A list of Communicator Web Access Event Viewer Event Codes can be found here, it may help you

This is happening frequently. We check the connectivity between front end and backend sql server it looks good. Also verify the Lync database health on the sql server looks good.
Any other option we can set on sql to see more detail.
when we  saw 833 event for temp DB on SQL server. after that below event occurred on my Lync server.
Is there a way where I can enabled some logging on Lync server to capture log for this type of issue.
or any login on the Lync server which can give some hint for database connectivity issue.
We also seen some I/O issue on SQL we capture the disk perfmon but no clue in that.

I m getting event in below order every time when issue occurred.
32112
32068,
32113
52013
52012

We analyze further a found that issue is with SQL server DISK.
As we are getting SPROC latency high when the issue happened.SQL server taking long time to response to out Lync server. We moved out Lync database to SSD 64k hard drive and we didn't noticed the issue.
