I have several vCenters running version 5.x and need to upgrade to 6.0

Need proper steps on upgrading when there is SRM in the environment that is FULL Mesh

So if there are 10 vcenters they all replicate with each other in a full fesh (SRM)

I need to upgrade vsphere vCenters while minimizing replication and downtime as much as possible.

What kind of replication you're using ? ABR or VR ? Anyway, you should follow the upgrade sequence described on the following VMware KB article: https://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=2109760
