Search on Mac and Outlook 2016
I have a customer using a Mac and Outlook 2016. He gets no results when he does a search on his nw Mac but his old Mac works fine. Does anyone have any ideas?

Yes they are both using the following.
OSX El Capitain 10.11.5
Outlook 2016 for MAC
OSX El Capitain 10.11.5

He is not getting a message that says no results. He has a message at the bottom that says searching but nothing ever comes up.
Can you confirm what are the versions running on each of the Mac's

I have seen one OS version respond differently to the same programs.
