Cannot  connect to virtual from the network

I am running Windows Server 2012r2 on a Dell R720. I have HyperV installed and working in my environment. Periodically I won't be able to access a virtual from the network. I can't RDP or ping the virtual, but I can see that the virtual is up and running from the HyperV console. I can log into the virtual and ping other servers on my network.

I have virtual host that I can't ping or RDP to it but I can't RDP and ping virtuals running from it.

Strange!

Does the VM in question use a dynamic MAC or static MAC address? Was it migrated from one host to the host it's on now? Is the Hyper-V host fully up to date? Are the Hyper-V Integration tools up to date on the VM. I would also check NIC drives on the host. Are those up to date? I know Broadcom NICs are often problematic running even the latest Dell published drivers. I generally have to download the latest drivers from Broadcom directly. General issues with the Broadcom NIC are not exactly what you're describing, but I would check anyway.
