Sending Email to Barracuda Protected EMail Server

We are having issues sending email to one domain and are getting this reply back:
An email that was marked for encryption from <Email Address> cannot be delivered because the sending domain <Domain Name> is not currently validated to use encryption. Until the domain is validated, this message will stay in the Barracuda Spam Firewall's queue for 48 hours before it will expire. Once the sending domain is validated for encryption the message will be delivered.
Please contact your system administrator who can validate your domain on your Barracuda Spam Firewall.
We don't use a Barracuda Spam Firewall, so it must be from the receiving party's end. Not sure what to do to resolve the issue.
