Dear All I changed an email address on CUE from the old exchange IP address to the new exchange IP address however voicemail is working however email notification aren't any ideas thank you all

Are you using aliases? make sure your email exists and you can send mail to it from other systems.

Hi Harbour

IN CUE I had the old EXC03 iP address changed to the new one & no voice mails came through for a few days because of the IP address change from EXC03 to EXC13 aby ideas

Can you route to the new server IP? any security policies blocking it? network or hosts based?

Hi Harbor,

I found out that through our new exchange server there was no internal relay set up so this was the issue I set up a new internal relay added the IP address of the server & then the user started receiving emails. Thank you for your input though
