Exchange recreating system mailboxes accounts

I have t remove corrupted federated and 2 system accounts from exchange 2010. I went to c:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange\V14\Bin to run Setup.com/Preparead and what I got is "Welcome to Microsoft Exchange Server Unattended Setup" and "Preparing Exchange Setup" then "copying Files" but right after that it goes back to the command prompt and it does not recreate the system mailboxes.

The mailboxes should appear in the Users container in AD.
If not, try remounting the mailbox database and/or restart the Information Store service on the server.

After they have been re-created, you have to enable them.

Enable-Mailbox -Arbitration "system mailbox name"
