We have a staff (staff1) left. <br />
I have forwarded his emails to staff2, disabled the option &quot;Deliver message to both forwarding address and mailbox&quot;.<br />
And turned on out of office from OWA.<br />

My question is how can people receive out of office message when they sending emails to staff1 without emails actually landing to staff1 mailbox, but only forwarding to staff2.<br />
