Freecom Silver store Broken

I have a freecom  Silverstore  NAS device and it seems to have gone back to factory default.

I can ping the device  but I am unable to  browse to the  admin console.
Does anyone know where I can get  the install software.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The firmware file is still available here:

However, it was meant to be loaded from the admin console;

To get the firmware on the disks, is quite tricky. You probably need a Linux computer and put the disks on it (or through USB caddy) and copy the image onto one of the partitions (with the dd command).
In best case, it will boot up properly.
In worst case, it doesn't help, because the electronics of the NAS are defect, not the firmware on the disk.
