Video call from IPAD using Polycom real presence app

Hi,

we are  using ploycom group 500 with 5 party licence .  unable to get video/audio when we have connected using real presence for IPAD but
IPAD user able to get my video  and audio.

Please give any suggestion how we can solve the issue.

Hi Rajesh,

Please make sure that the Polycomm app has access to use the camera an microphone by going to: Settings/scroll all the way down till you see the app and tap on it/ toggle the button On, or Off then On.

In addition, Polycomm states on their app description page:

"You must not be in violation of your wireless data service agreement, if any, when using Polycom RealPresence Mobile. Because some mobile network operators may prohibit or restrict the use of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) functionality over their networks, such as the use of VoIP telephony over a cellular network, and may also impose additional fees, or other charges in connection with VoIP, POLYCOM recommends that you check the terms of your agreement with the operator prior to any use of the RealPresence Mobile."

Hopefully, this is not the case for you and your cell provider, but it's good information nonetheless.
