Download tool for pst files?

We're moving email providers from Rackspace to Office.com.

Per MS instructions, I need to upload every user's PST file in order to get their email to the new provider.

Does anyone know of a software that will let me download email for multiple users at once and create each their respective PST file?

Right now I'm looking at going at it workstation by workstation and are dependent on remote access for some users, which being the weekend, I'll spend chasing them down. An alternative is creating a profile for each on outlook, but then I have to wait one by one for the email to be retrieved... (so sequential process. I want to do parallel)

Any suggestions will be welcome.

ReliefJet Essentials Professional Edition provides command line you can use in your scenario with Export Outlook Items to PST File utility. You can create batch to expract multiple mailboxes in bulk (either one by one or in parallel).

DISCLAIMER: I recommend this tool because I'm one of the developers, so feel free to ask any further questions.

I appreciate your comments.  Unfortunately I do not have direct access to the EDB file or to the exchange server.

I only have a way to connect to rackspace exchange via the regular outlook (email) setup.

So ideally, I'd have to enter the credentials of every user, so that this software can access their email, have it download and after the file is complete, create a pst file for each of the users.

AS an example, if you have used MailEnable, this server has a built in tool to help you migrate emails. You enter each user's credentials on the old file, and it proceeds to download and sort each user's email to their own profile. Unfortunately, this only works for their software and is not something I can use... but the method is there.

This is exactly how ReliefJet Essentials works. It uses your Outlook profile to connect to mailboxes. And if you have FullAccess permissions for other mailboxes, the only thing you need is to provide the list of mailboxes as an input for the command line.

For email mailbox migration like this and others (On Premises Exchange to O365) we have used MigrationWiz, which is not www.bittitan.com.

Try them, they would move all the mailboxes from Rackspace to O365 and there would no need to download and upload the PST files. Further no User intervention is required. Everything would be tranparent to the User.
