We're moving email providers from Rackspace to Office.com.
Per MS instructions, I need to upload every user's PST file in order to get their email to the new provider.
Does anyone know of a software that will let me download email for multiple users at once and create each their respective PST file?
Right now I'm looking at going at it workstation by workstation and are dependent on remote access for some users, which being the weekend, I'll spend chasing them down. An alternative is creating a profile for each on outlook, but then I have to wait one by one for the email to be retrieved... (so sequential process. I want to do parallel)
Any suggestions will be welcome.
