Remove "Shutdown Button" from WIN 10 Start Menu via GPO and/ or Citrix Policies?

We have a huge Citrix VDI environment at my company.

I am in the process of rolling out WIN 10 for our VDI, doing all the optimizations, GPOs, Citrix policies, etc.

I'd like to hide/remove the Shut Down option from the start menu from our users.
I ONLY want Log Off and Restart showing in the start menu.

How can I do this via GPO and / or Citrix Policies, or another way?

You can use GPO to do this

Group Policy Management navigate to User Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ Start Menu and Taskbar and double click on Remove and prevent access to the Shut Down, Restart, Sleep, and Hibernate commands.

Or if you just wanted Restart, try [User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Start Menu and Taskbar: Remove and prevent access to the Shut Down command] - not sure if this policy works on Windows 10 though
If you use the first of the options I put in above, you could always provide a Restart method by creating a script to run shutdown.exe /r /t 0 and create a shortcut to it on the Start Tiles or Start Menu or Taskbar.

I'm pretty sure the second GPO I mentioned only applied to XP and earlier

You can remove the whole set, but I think someone else already provided that answer.
Here is a .png that might help.
