MS SQL db ccount question

HI

What account in SQL will give me rights to execute Replication and copy DB?

I can't use sysadmin account


What rules accounts will allow execute this kind of task?

You'll always need sysadmin role to enable a SQL Server instance to be a Distributor, Publisher, or Subscriber. As you'll need the same role to enable a database for replication.
If you can get a DBA to enable those for you then you'll need to be db_owner of the database to create the desired replication.
