WDS Driver issue

i captured an image and extracted all the drivers to my WDS server, when i try to install the captured image on the same laptop i get this error message


Error-message: Windows installation cannot continue because a required driver could not be installed.

Did you capture the image to a .wim file?  Using WDS or MDT you should be able to deploy if captured successfully.

yes a wim file and it was captured successfully using WDS. if i use my desktop workstation it deploys successfully but if i try any of my X1 Carbon laptops i get the error even with the drivers updated.

>>Just fixed this issue when attempting to WDS win10x64 Ent. to an Optiplex 780
Make sure you disable all the drivers in your drivers folder and load the x64 Architecture to the boot image. Do this by right clicking on the boot image and load drivers - search for drivers and click Next until it is complete. Restart the WDS service and try again. <<
