Storage is shown as RAW
We have a storage HPMSA1500 connected to our SQL server. SQL server is a hardwarebox(not VM)
Recently there was a power failure. After the power failure storage drive is displaying as RAW.
If I connect to any other device directly I can access the data.
How can i fix this?

In Windows Disk Management right click on this RAW partition and select Assign a drive letter. Once it is assigned try to access it. If it is accessible - copy out the data and then perform CHKDSK of this volume.

In the attachment (Capture2.png), no drive letter assignment is seen and the partition type is listed as "Basic" which leads to the conclusion of a corrupt file system.
Did you get a chance to run chkdsk after a backup?

The startup process must be logging something in the Windows error log. Can you check and share the error number?
It is possible that you have some security issue (configuration), which is causing issues when writing to the disk

17182 and 17826 point to registry permissions. 26054 points to encryption and a certificate that is no longer available. You can use "Process Monitor" to monitor the registry keys being accessed during the startup and check for instances where ACCESS DENIED is being reported.
What changed on the server before the drive went bad? Was an encryption in progress when the power failure happened?
