How would you go about adding your de factos name on a property title, on a house owned outright in South Australia? What is the process, to do it as joint tenants? What possible implications are needed to be aware of?

Adding a name or making any other changes is a legal step which must be answered by the agency involved or a lawyer familiar with that agency.  The most immediate implications are that you may be responsible for any taxes (back or otherwise) involved.

Thanks, I will contact the agency regarding the process, I now know I need to apply for stamp duty exemption.

What is "adding your de factos name"? What name(s?) is already there? An alias?
