I pretty much lost faith in HP products.
The amount of times I had to invoke my warrently to replace parts that came preinstalled because they were faulty on arrival made me stop working with them.

I personally use DELL for all our uses (Physical hosts to run ESXi virtualization, Storage servers, Network switches etc.)

As for the cpu configuration and etc, contact dell directly they will ehlp you choose the best chassis for your needs, Looks like probably a Dell PowerEdgeR410 or R430.
Are these servers going to be SAN attached for the storage, you can hardly run a 32 core database server on a 1TB hard disk unless it's SSD. Bit odd a 32 core DB server only having 32GB RAM as well.

We use Lenovo Servers for all our clients and have very few issues. We fit and size the server to the application.

The biggest thing I see in all our clients is the insatiable need for more disk space.
