How to use Microsoft Action Pack 365 E3 subscription benefit to replace my 365 Business Premium subscription

As a member of Microsoft Partner Network, I have recently paid for a Microsoft Action Pack subscription for access to internal use software and other benefits. This gives me 5 x  Office 365 E3 licences for internal use.  Currently, I have a Microsoft 365 Business Premium subscription via which I pay for my two business email accounts and I use SharePoint and OneDrive for Business.  I want to stop paying this latter subscription and use my Microsoft Action Pack E3 subscription benefit instead, but I don't want the domain name or the email addresses, sharepoint data and OneDrive data to change.  In other words it is just the way I pay for my 365 service that I want to change. I have spent hours reading Microsoft webpages but still have no idea how to do this?  Can anyone in EE help?

Have you activated the 5 licenses already? You should be able to just add them to the existing tenant you are using for your Business subscription, just make sure to select "add to existing" when prompted.
You can replace the subscription with Action Pack E3 plan but you need to do the migration manually.

"In this situation, you may consider setting up a new account for Action Pack E3 plan and migrating the data from E3 plan to Action Pack E3 plan manually."

"To migrate SharePoint Online site and its data, consider saving the site as template including the contents then add it into the Action Pack E3 plan. Or using OneDrive for Business sync app to sync files, or using Open with Explorer command to bulk upload/download. Note: This command only works in IE browser
To migrate the contents in OneDrive for Business library, I suggest using OneDrive for Business sync tool or Open with Explorer command.
To migrate email, please refer to: How to migrate mailboxes from one Office 365 tenant to another."

It is unlikely that MS will or can help you to do the migration over the cloud with or without charge as Microsoft 365 Business Premium subscription is a direct deal with MS (Landlord and Tenant relationship) and Action Pack E3 plan is a reseller package (i.e. Tenant and Sub-Tenant relationship). Basically, it is a migration job from my understanding and as a member of Microsoft Partner Network, you should have the techical expertise to do the migration.

Actually, your answer is different from what you have asked in your question.

"but I don't want the domain name or the email addresses, sharepoint data and OneDrive data to change.  In other words it is just the way I pay for my 365 service that I want to change."

I object that you accepted your own comment as your answer is just about the software licence and not related to yout question.

In short, this question should be deleted instead.
If the objective of the question has been substantially changed from data to be keep without migration and to only about licensing, it is not about how deep you think about a question.

I still object to closing to acceptance as my answer has already answered about data migration issue.
