Google Docs Global changes

I have a contract (google docs) with 100 pages each with the name of the person that signs the contract... I fill out 50+ contracts like this a day... is there a way to make global changes to selected documents?

What kind of changes?

Are you talking about making template or copy?  Or are you talking about using some type of merge document?  replacing text on  many pages or many documents?

I think if you can give us more details we can help.

Still not clear on what you need.

If you are not a developer, you can find and replace using Edit > Find and Replace
https://support.google.com/docs/answer/62754?hl=en

If you need to make bulk changes to many documents, then you will need to do some programming with the api https://support.google.com/docs/answer/62754?hl=en

Or do really just need to have a template) (which does not exist as you think in Google) so you can use one document to start others?
