Go to Outlook, right click on the Outlook file at the top and select Properties. When it comes up, click on Folder Size, allow that to load and scroll through it. That shows you all the folder sizes.

You can find the folder size by opening properties and click folder size.

Also, turn Archiving ON. This is VERY useful, reduces the mailbox and archives are readily available in Outlook. Turn Archiving on in Outlook Options. I use Archives all the time.

Hi,

you can always sort items in folder via size.

Regards,
Ivan.
