Hi all,

Is there any way we can block the ability to forward a file or attachment as an email from an app like Owncloud ? we use airwatch so maybe something in airwatch ? Or if we can block that from Exchange 2010 ?

I know you can block copy/ paste, and forwarding attachments with airwatch. Are you forcing them to use containerized email ("boxer") or allowing native iOS email app? I believe you'll need to prevent native email in order to manage what you want...

But can you block forwarding attachment only from one particular app ?

Is the owncloud app registered and configure in your airwatch store as one of your "company apps" that comes down (if your part of that security group) upon install of airwatch MDM/MAM OR is it a standalone install on iOS that any user can install if or when they please?

If it's part of your airwatch "ecosystem" I believe you have granularity over individual apps, otherwise if it's not part of the airwatch "ecosystem" (and you have copy/paste, etc. blocked) then by default all native/installed apps will be restricted

Yes it is a part of our airwatch system.

So any idea how (or from where) can we achieve this task ? I am completely new in airwatch and dont want to mess anything up.
