good afternoon,
I need to reformat my hard drive. Somehow 3 partitions wound up this hard drive and I only want one. I have pulled out the drive and tried to treat it as an external drive and none of my other computers see the drive when it is connected.

I see it located in the bottom half of disk management. I do not know how to make any changes from there.
Go to the kingston website and download the utility for that disk, then run it. It should have options to erase the disk. Also make sure it is current with the firmware, that should also be downloadable from their site.

Thank you for your help. I found a program called HDDGURU that works great.

found my own solution
Depending on your OS, if its win 10 -> right click windows icon -> disk management. If you still dont see it under disk management, go to -> Action -> refresh. You may need to "initialize" the disk.
