Problem in ASP.NET installation.

While trying to Repair ASP.NET(suspecting problem in installation of ASP.NET framework version V4.0.30319),it give me the following error.

I found a thread of similar topoic but of no help for me.Can somebody help me out in to troubleshoot the issue?
