If we install Office 2013 Pro will it remove Office 365

We have Office 365, but we need to install the full version of Access 2013.  If we install Office 2013 with 365 remain?

We use a local installation of Office 2013 Pro (also to be able to use Access), but Outlook 2013 is configured with Office 365 Subscription.

Essentially, you are paying for a perpetual license AND a subscription service.
