I see that from time to time on my Lenovo ThinkPad X230 and on my ThinkCenter M73.

1. You can ignore it as it does no harm and causes no issues in a properly functioning machine.
2. Make sure your new machine has the Anniversary update 14393 and August 9 Patch Tuesday updates installed.
3. Manually close down system tray stuff (Lenovo Solution Center, SnagIt, VPN software and such like). Close all Office applications including One Note. Wait 60 seconds and then shut down. Most of the time for me, the error does not appear.

But it is nothing to be concerned with.

The message talks about a certain task. Localize it and disable it, then retry.
Do you know how? You'd need to open task scheduler and open the Microsoft section.
