I am looking for 3rd party software that notify users when they are about to move a shared folder on the server?

what is the scenario? whys users are about to move ?

When the users work on the shared folders they accidently drag an drop the shared folders into another folder. I want software to pause and notify/Confirm with the user when they are about to move a shared folder.

The Manage engine software is more or less what I am looking for.
