mailbox export stalled due to source_DiskLatency

I'm trying to export a mailbox to a PST but the export doesn't finish and the status changes from in progress to stalled due to source_DiskLatency form time to time.
Please Advise

I would start by checking the hard drives used for both the exchange database you are exporting from and the location you are exporting the PST to. Sounds like the disk latency or reponse time is getting high and the process is timing out.

You could try exporting it to a completely different system/drive - that should indicate whether the problem is the source drive or the destination drive. Once established which drive is having the problem you'll need to find out what's causing the latency and fix accordingly before retrying the export.
