Hello,
Need to have a audit trial in sql server. Does the audit trial give information on insert, update, delete, add queries fired by the users?
Cheers

What you're looking for is a parser for the transaction log.  Of course, you'll need to have your database recovery model set to FULL.

That link you posted is for SQL 2016.  The audit feature discussed there is not available in earlier versions.

I don't have a specific tool to recommend, but you can read more about the options by googling.  Here's what I came up with:

https://www.google.com/search?q=sql+transaction+log+parser&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8
