I am a very happy user of CopyQ (<a href="https://hluk.github.io/CopyQ/" rel="ugc">https://hluk.github.io/CopyQ/</a>).<br />
I would like to use its scripting abilities to build a shortcut that allows me to past even the 2nd element on the list so I'd have a CTRL + V for normal paste and CTRL + ALT + V to paste the second item in CopyQ buffer.<br />

CopyQ scripting - Shortcut for 2nd item in list
