I am a very happy user of CopyQ (https://hluk.github.io/CopyQ/).
I would like to use its scripting abilities to build a shortcut that allows me to past even the 2nd element on the list so I'd have a CTRL + V for normal paste and CTRL + ALT + V to paste the second item in CopyQ buffer.

Thanks!

Thanks but I just solved the problem myself, here is the code for the custom CopyQ Command in case anybody needs it:

 copyq:
    select(1);
    paste();
    select(1);

Open in new window
