We currently use http://neatpatch.com for Cisco 48port POE switch patch panel cable management

Do you have a better recommendation ?

I find neatpatch works well for 1 to 1 patching if you have the extra space in the rack. If things are tight I use 1ft top to top and bottom to bottom to avoid a tight curve.

For when not all patch is populated I use pandit 2u horizontal next to the switch and vertical cable mgmt to get down to where I need.
