Exchange 2010 Server, Outlook Autodiscover Issues

Hello,

I am currently trying to setup a profile on my machine to test a client's email account. I have access to the in-house server and cannot figure out the proper settings to get connected to the account using Outlook 2016. Any suggestions? Let me know if more information is needed.

Edit: Additionally, I am able to connect using any mobile device. Just no luck in Outlook 2016.

Hi,

Outlook 2016 is using AutoDiscover service for connecting to Exchange. As per MAS article, you need to create DNS records and configure services - haven't look it very carefully, but should be ok :).

Anyway, you should run test from MS site: https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/
Run Outlook Autodiscover first, and if it is ok, then run Outlook Connectivity.

If there are some errors, post here, for further investigation.
