Folks,
I'm using Outlook 2016. I would like to generate a pop-up message in Outlook notifying me an email was sent directly to Junk. Is this possible and if so, what are the steps.

It Is not possible.

The only thing i have done on my Outlook 2016 is to add Junk Mail folder to my favourite so i notice it every day.
