Nope. WSUS is a Server (only) product.

Depends on how you define "PC".

It is certainly possible to install Windows Server 2008 or 2012 on an old desktop, and get WSUS up and running.

If you are just doing this to teach yourself, it is possible to download a 180 trial version of Server 2012, and throw it onto a PC.

You would be (I think) unlikely to find server drivers for an PC. If the PC is robust enough, you can install VMware Workstation which can run modern servers as guests.

Still WSUS is a server-only application.
