I accidentally deleted numerous friend requests because I didn't recognize their names.  Turns out they weren't fakes or fraudsters.  How can I recover the deleted requests?

Either have them re-send them or send requests of your own.

As far as I know once you delete a request, it's gone.  There is no "recycle bin".

You can check your email inbox for the friendship notification.
