Ricoh Aficio 1022 Keycode

I have a client who locked themselves out of their Ricoh Aficio 1022 copier. The codes they have written down are not working.

I don't know what the operator code, or admin code is. How would I go about resetting?

Please check your private messages.  I sent you information which could be considered sensitive.
I am certain you likely tried admin with a blank password from the web interface, but if not, that is one way as well.
I am fairly certain what I sent you via PM will work.  I have never run across a case where it didn't.

Well, based on a quick search I just did here on EE, it isn't as sensitive as I thought.

From the web interface of the unit, select Login and type supervisor as the username, leave the password field blank and select the OK or Login or whichever button is appropriate and 99 times out of 100, you are now logged in with full permissions to reset any account configured on the unit.

Prior to resetting any user account, I would highly recommend you communicate to management what you are doing such as:

Jerry,
Per our conversation Thursday, August 18, 2016, you wanted me to reset the password for the administrator account on the Ricoh Model blah blah blah with our internal designation XYZ.
I now possess the means to do this.  Do you still want me to perform this work?
In the US, the UK, and many EU countries at least, this will cover you if there is ever any accusation of wrongdoing against you on the part of your company.
